Very cute and comfortable - I got the coral orange. It is more
orange than coral but still quite spiffy. They are very
comfortable. I wear an 8.5 and I got the 9 and they fit
perfectly. I have a wideish foot and the medium was just fine.
I am pleased with the look, fit and comfort of this shoe. I
have worn them with pants and they look great. Over all a nice
looking and nice Born Worn for 10 Hour Day - I am a fan of
Born and Bolo, the upscale Born. When I discovered the brand
most of my other shoes got donated! There are a few things to
consider when purchasing this brand. Check out the multi view.
Born cuts their designs in two ways: 1) for people whose foot
has three toes that are basically the same length, and 2) for
people who have a long big toe whose foot is more angled.
Corii is for those whose foot conforms to #2. My foot is a #1.
For that reason I ordered up. I wear a 9C when I can find
them, and a 9 1/2 B if I can't. I ordered Corii in a 10 (9 1/2
is not available) and they are perfect with socks. Also, I
have a high instep and these shoes have a high heel, great for
newer long inseam pants! Makes the leg look longer! I would
have rated comfort as a '5' but decided a '4' was more honest.
After wearing for a few hours, I am aware that my 3rd toe is
against the angled side of the toe box. I keep coming back to
Born for the comfort, quality and updated style. Who says
comfortable shoes have to be boring! Note: I wear high heel
'girl shoes', too, but I always have a pair of Born, Bolo or
Birkies handy! |
